The Autism Spectrum Disorder Online Transition Resource Package supports educators, parents and carers to assist children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to make a smooth transition into school and through their education
The online package provides a one-stop-shop of information and tips about starting school, managing day-to-day education needs and accessing ongoing support.
The package has been developed by the department with the AEIOU Foundation and Autism Queensland and in consultation with the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services.
